How can I browse without my ISP?
– Change your DNS settings. Domain Name Systems (DNS) are like the address books of the internet.
– Browse with Tor.
– Use a VPN.
– Install HTTPS Everywhere.
– Use a privacy-conscious search engine.
No, to access the Internet you do technically need an “ISP” … you could be that for yourself though. And some “free” access options exist … you can use open WiFi networks, or in the USA you can go to libraries and use the Internet there.
